We deliver career development and education services, coaching and mentoring to individuals, small business owners, the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. We focus on regional and remote communities and offer engaging online options.

We aim to help people at all life stages contemplate their career direction. We provide individual career exploration services, coaching and guidance to help you identify your career options and to set meaningful goals and strategies to assist you to achieve your career objectives. Our face-to-face practice covers the Maryborough and surrounds. Remotely, we can support clients from anywhere. Additionally, we can provide tailored group workshops on a range of career related topics.

This includes respecting the dignity of each person for whom career development services are rendered and accepting the rights of the client to make independent choices and take responsibility for their choices and their consequences, preserving confidentiality, preserving the client's right to privacy and contextualising career development theory and practice according to work setting, clientele and societal context. In our professional practice application we determine the career needs of the clients and negotiate and agree the services and support to be provided to achieve the outcomes for clients.

Anita Morrison

Trainer/Customised Employment

  • Anita is a qualified trainer/assessor and has worked for Registered Training Organisations (RTOS) on the Fraser Coast. She has a strong knowledge of vocational education and training and she has organised practical placement opportunities for her students, in the local area. Anita holds a Certificate III in Business and has utilised her skills in the local community on a voluntary basis for many years in sporting and educational organisations.

  • Anita has delivered Tech Savvy and Digi Help sessions to beginners for the Fraser Coast Libraries. She is patient and caring and can relate well to anyone, especially those wishing to learn and improve their skills.

  • Anita has experience with Human Resource Management including recruitment, career progression and skills development. She has supported many people to gain employment and promotions by offering opportunities to grow their skill sets, take on more challenging activities and overcoming barriers.

  • Anita worked in leadership and was heavily involved in the development and delivery of leadership programs. She is an exceptional communicator and is able to assist people from all levels including school children and members of the community. Anita is skilled at documenting outcomes and goals.

    Kathy has post graduate qualifications in career development and is a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and a Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner

    Kathy holds two Masters Degrees in Education and a Science Degree

    Kathy has used expert skills and knowledge developed in a variety of education contexts over 33 years to help hundreds of people develop confidence in their abilities.
